-Fill out the Payment Method and Print it or you may print it first and fill it out.
-Place your shoes in a package along with your printed page and payment.
-Cut out the Merchandise Return Label (Located bottom of Payment Method page). Fill in your return address and affix the label squarely onto the address side of the parcel.
-Take the parcel to a post office Without waiting in line or simply leave it with other outgoing mail at your home or office.

Request a Priority Mail Envelope by filling out the form below and press Submit.
Once you receive the package, simply place your shoes in the envelope along with your payment. Leave the package with other outgoing mail at home or at your office or take it to your post office.
